We bring decades of home-building experience together with honest guidance, thoughtful design, and a personal approach.
Long before there was a home-building company, there was an oak nightstand. As a boy, our founder built a nightstand for his mother from scrap oak, a hand saw, mismatched nails, and plenty of persistence. It wasn’t perfect, but he had taken an idea in his mind and made it real. More importantly, he gave the project his best effort. That experience became part of a bigger philosophy: work honestly, care about what you’re creating, and don’t lose sight of the person you’re creating it for.

At Foxcraft Homes, we have carried those values forward since 1983. Today, we’re a woman-owned company entering a new chapter while holding onto the principles that shaped us from the beginning. We help our clients in Cumberland, Maryland turn their ideas into homes designed around how they want to live.
We believe good home building starts with listening. You may arrive with professionally designed plans, a floor plan you’d like to modify, or a vision you’ve carried for years. Wherever you’re starting, we’ll help establish a direction and explain the next steps.
Our local relationships are another important part of our approach. We work with local tradespeople and have sister companies offering additional construction, kitchen, bath, and specialized services. Above all, we want to give you useful information, honest answers, and genuine care throughout the journey. Your home is personal, and we believe building it should feel personal too.
