A typical build takes approximately six to nine months, although some projects may take up to 12 months depending on the home and circumstances.
Your contract establishes the price for your turnkey home based on the agreed-upon project. If you make changes during construction, we’ll discuss how those choices affect the project so you can decide with confidence.
