  • Exterior walls: 12 courses of 10" concrete block in Ranch, 1-1/2 Story, & Two Story homes; 8" block - 5 or 6 courses for knee wall construction per individual plan in Bi-level & Split-level homes (12 course equivalent)
  • Steel girder per plan

  • Concrete on porches, stoops, and garages reinforced with steel
  • Waterproofing: Tuff N Dri® basement waterproofing with rigid fiberglass board below grade, cement based brush on type above grade

  • Doors: Insulated fiberglass entry door - 1 ¾" thick, insulated glass, compression weatherstrips; all vinyl energy efficient patio door with internal grilles and Low E glass.

Insulation & Energy Efficiency
